This meal plan is for anyone who is feeling some discomfort, bloating or just wants to reset their gut. This is a great way to ease into a plant-based diet, even if it's just for a week! I have included a "Symptoms Chart" to help you monitor the way you feel before the meal plan and after each week. This is to encourage mindfulness while discovering how food can affect your body.

 

The first week of this meal plan includes chicken, salmon and turkey while the second week doesn't include any animal products. The second week also includes a couple of tofu recipes as an introduction if tofu is new to you!
